Terms of service
Effective October 7, 2026
These terms govern your use of BookingIQ at book.bigbrainbiz.net, operated by Razzo Aratey. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. Contact bbb.bookingiq@gmail.com with questions.
1. What BookingIQ provides
BookingIQ helps guests schedule appointments and helps hosts manage availability, bookings, optional calendar synchronization, meeting links, and transactional emails. Calendar and email features depend on the host’s configuration and third-party services. These terms apply to the scheduling tool; any separate services delivered during an appointment are arranged directly with the host.
2. Your responsibilities
Provide accurate booking and contact details, book only for yourself or someone you are authorized to represent, and respect the host’s availability. Keep account passwords and private booking links secure. Do not impersonate others, send spam, make abusive or fraudulent bookings, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt the service. Do not submit sensitive information that is unnecessary for arranging the appointment.
3. Bookings, changes, and cancellations
Review the meeting time, time zone, duration, and location before booking. Use your booking-management link to reschedule or cancel when available, or contact the host directly. Hosts may need to change or cancel appointments. A booking confirmation is a scheduling record, not a guarantee that a separate service will be provided. Notify the host promptly if you cannot attend.
4. Google and other integrations
Connecting Google Calendar is optional for hosts and requires their authorization. Hosts are responsible for choosing appropriate calendars and sharing settings and for using accounts they are authorized to connect. Disconnecting an integration stops future authorized use but may leave previously created events and messages in the relevant services. Google Calendar, Meet, Gmail, and other third-party services are also governed by their own terms and policies. BookingIQ is an independent app and is not a Google product or endorsement.
5. Privacy
Our privacy policy describes the information collected and how it is used, shared, stored, and deleted. Use of the scheduling service involves sharing relevant appointment information with the host and, when enabled, calendar and email providers.
6. Availability and limitations
We aim to keep scheduling information accurate, but the service may experience outages, delivery failures, synchronization delays, or errors. Verify important arrangements directly with the host. To the extent permitted by applicable law, BookingIQ is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Access restrictions and changes
We may restrict use that is abusive, unlawful, or compromises the service’s security. Hosts may stop offering appointments or change available meeting types. We may update these terms and will show the effective date on this page. Changes do not remove mandatory rights under applicable law.
